Registered Massage Therapy
Treatment-focused massage from registered therapists who assess first, work with intent, and send you home knowing what to do next.
Massage here isn't a generic hour of pressure. If something hurts, your therapist works to figure out what it is, help it move better, and get you back to working or playing comfortably. And yes — you get homework, even from a massage appointment.
Conditions
What Massage Therapy Can Help With
Registered massage therapy is genuinely effective for a wide range of muscle and joint problems, and it works especially well alongside chiropractic care and rehab.
Muscle Tension & Tightness
The neck, shoulder, and upper back tension that builds up through long work weeks.
Low Back Pain
Muscular low back pain, guarding, and stiffness that limits bending or sitting.
Neck Pain & Headaches
Neck-driven headaches and the muscular contributors that keep them recurring.
Sports Recovery
Recovery work between training sessions, competitions, and heavy training blocks.
Sports Injuries
Muscle strains, overuse injuries, and the soft tissue side of joint problems.
Postural Strain
Desk workers, drivers, and anyone holding one position for long stretches.
Stress & Sleep
General tension, wind-down, and the sleep quality that follows from it.
Pregnancy-Related
Discomfort Low back, hip, and pelvic discomfort through pregnancy.
Our Approach
Massage That's Part of a Plan
Our approach across the whole clinic is the same: calm pain down, build people up. Massage is excellent at the first half — reducing pain, easing guarding, and restoring movement. Pairing it with the second half is what stops the problem from coming back. Thanks to a background in comprehensive musculoskeletal injury management, hands-on treatment sits alongside rehabilitation, strength training, and mobility work rather than replacing it.
That's why your therapist will usually send you off with something to work on, and why massage often runs alongside chiropractic care and strengthening rather than on its own. Our practitioners talk to each other about shared patients.
-
Your therapist asks what's going on, how it behaves, and what you need to get back to, then checks how the area moves.
-
Treatment focuses on what the assessment found rather than following a fixed routine. Pressure is always yours to direct.
-
Checking what changed tells us whether the treatment worked and what to do next time.
-
A stretch, a movement, or a change to how you're loading the area — whatever will hold the gains between appointments.
