Why "Highlands Wellness & Sports Injury Clinic"?

Highlands Wellness & Sports Injury Clinic is opening in Kanata on February 13th, 2024 at 329 March Road, Unit 212. Highlands Wellness is built on community and meaningful activity. Our goal is to keep our community healthy, happy and moving. We will provide Kanata with effective pain management and strategies for improved wellness.

Community is at the heart of this clinic

The imagery of the Scottish Highlands seen in our logo represents family and community. My mother was born in Glasgow and moved to Canada in her twenties. Her story has shown me the value of creating a purposeful community wherever you are.

My wife and I moved to Kanata, Ottawa 5 years ago. The community quickly became our home. I could not be more excited to serve the community through this clinic.

Meaningful activity is the goal of this clinic

The South March Highlands in Kanata have become a favourite spot for my family to spend time outside and hike. As a chiropractor, I promote meaningful physical activity as a tool for maintaining health at all ages.

I hope Highlands Wellness & Sports Injury Clinic will become a useful resource for the community. We strive to help patients from all walks of life feel better, move better, and continue to stay active at every age.

Dr. Josh Kiely, DC

Josh is a chiropractor and the founder of Highlands Wellness & Sports Injury Clinic. Josh and his family live in Kanata with their two dogs.

When he’s not at the clinic, you’ll often find him lifting weights in his garage-gym or hiking with his family.
