You’ll leave that first session with a clear plan for the next few weeks, often including hands-on treatment and exercises to get you moving in the right direction.
Follow-ups (20-30 minutes each) are designed to keep you progressing. In the first few weeks, we meet 1-2 times a week to make sure you’re responding well, fine-tune your exercises, and help you feel confident in your recovery. After 4-6 weeks, we reassess, adjust the plan as needed, and gradually shift the focus from pain relief to long-term strength and resiliency. Rehab can be done at home or in our fully equipped clinic, depending on what works best for you.
